Thank you for joining the Garden Club of Norfolk’s sponsored presentation Zeigler’s Market Garden presented by Zach Zeigler and Sarah Visnick. Zach and Sarah explained how their produce is grown on historic farmland in town using organic methods and sustainable farming practices that do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Instead their focus is put on using locally made compost, increasing biodiversity in the field, and choosing crop varieties and growing techniques that naturally repel pests and diseases.
Below are some recommendations from Zach and Sarah on where to get supplies locally. Hope this is helpful.
